XVIII International BAPM Conference
For the 18th consecutive year the Bulgarian Association for People Management organized its traditional May conference in the period from 11 – 13 of May, 2017 in the Bulgarian sea resort Kamchia.
The events at the conference this year were highly focused on practical aspects. Successful companies shared their HR projects and practices. For the first time, the results of an innovative study, organized and funded by the BAPM, of the HR market in Bulgaria were presented.

- Ivo Vassilev – Director of the department for HR management, Caolin
- Lora Arnaudova – Cognitive coach
- Lyubomir Alamanov – Communications consultant, SiteMedia Consultancy
- Milena Hadjiivanova – Professional coach, H Vision
- Mirolyuba Benatova – Journalist
- Nadejda Tomova – Chairwoman of the Certification committee at BAPM
- Nikolay Djonev – Manager, KPMG Bulgaria

- Tim Edwards – Senior chief consultant, Korn Ferry Hay Group
- Tsanko Tsolov – Member of the Commission for Personal Data Protection
The changes in legislation in the protection of personal data and the requirements, which they pose for HR professionals were also among the subjects discussed during the conference.
Georgi Deyanov shared his view on "The Individual in the Corporate World".
The attendees had the opportunity to partake in seminars and workshops on current issues regarding personal and professional development. The conference offered people a space for both networking and pleasure.
